Who matches the payments to the invoices?

Software does, not your staff. Every charge is stamped with the invoice it came from and posts when funding clears. Partial payments and refunds keep that link.

What does it cost?

The extension is free. You only pay card processing rates.

Typical all-in cost with us: 2.2%-2.5%. Most software-bundled processors run 2.9%-3.6%.

Can I pass the card fee to the customer?

Want to pay near zero? Customers who pay by card cover the fee, about 3.5%. Runs as dual pricing, not a surcharge: customers see both prices before they pay. State disclosure rules vary; we configure the disclosures and receipts for your state at setup.

What does the extension do to my browser?

It reads the payment screen inside software you are already logged into. It never stores passwords, opens your customer list, or edits an invoice beyond marking it paid. Card numbers go straight to a Level 1 PCI-certified processor.

What happens if an integration breaks?

We watch every write-back platform daily and post live health on the status page. When a software screen changes, we ship a fix, usually the same day. Worst case, your front desk takes the payment by hand for a day.
