Why we exist
One sentence, over and over.
Aashil Vitha spent five years inside the payments business, first as a sub-agent at NAB and then as an agent at PayArc. He sat on hundreds of calls with business owners, and a lot of them ended the same way: I would switch, but my software only works with their processor.
That is not really a choice. The rate came bundled with the software, it was buried a few pages into a statement nobody reads, and the only way out was to rip out the system running the whole business.
So we built the other way out. ShopConnect Pro does not ask you to leave your software, retrain your team, or change one click of your routine. It sits on top of what you already run and sends the card to a processor that has to compete for the work.
